MAN 303T Time Management and Problem Solving
This class will cover the importance of good time management and problem solving skills in a school. Managing time and effective problem solving are critical skills for being more productive and relieving stress. This class will focus on the skills, tools and strategies for managing time appropriately, setting priorities and making time spent more productive
by identifying and learning how to avoid time wasters. The class will cover the problem solving model and keys in solving problems. The class includes lecture group activities/discussions, case studies, role play and self-assessments.

MAN 304T Customer Service
This class will cover "What's Your Personal Signature?" What kind of memories do you create for the customers and the team you work with daily? What type of impression do you make in person, on the phone, via email? It is a positive or negative impression? You will leave the day with skills to create the "Wow" signature. Participants will recognize issues and situations that may be influenced by generational differences, apply practical tips for working successfully in a multi-generational workplace, effectively manage the impression he or she gives in person, on the phone or via email and discover tips in providing great customer service. The class includes lecture, group activities/discussions, case studies, role play and self-assessments.

Participants should meet at their schools and share a vehicle. *Parking is available at St. John’s Episcopal Church Parking Lot ONLY if using the lot off of Spring Street. Turn off Main Street onto Spring Street (across from Marion Police Department). You must first enter Spring Street, then immediately turn right off Spring Street into St. John’s Episcopal Church drive beside church leading into (2) lots. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE LOT AT THE ST. JOHN’S FELLOWSHIP HALL DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM CENTRAL OFFICE ON SOUTH GARDEN STREET. Parking is also available at Public Parking lots downtown off Main Street or West Henderson Street. *PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE ADJOINING DENTAL OFFICE PARKING LOT. Cars may be subject to being towed if parked in this area.
